What you will be responsible for:
- Processing and managing all vendor invoices and staff claim in accordance to company SOP
- Code invoices to the correct general ledger accounts, ensure that all invoices are properly documented and promptly recorded
- Assist in the month-end closing process, including reconciliations and journal entries related to accounts payable
- Perform fixed asset accounting and ensure accurate postings
- Other Duties as Assigned including participate in process improvement initiatives within the accounting department, assist with other accounting tasks as needed, such as expense report processing, bi-annual fixed asset count, annual audit and other tax compliance requirement.
How you will stand out:
- Experience: Min 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail。
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Oracle)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
