What you will be responsible for:
- Develop customized ERP systems, including modules for finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.
- Integrate ERP systems with other internal platforms (e.g., CRM, WMS, MES, OA) and third-party services, leveraging technologies such as APIs, web services, and message queues.
- Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks in existing systems. Address technical challenges in high-concurrency, large-scale data scenarios to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
- Manage the daily operation, maintenance, and stability of the system.
How you will stand out:
- Proficient in Java and object-oriented design, with in-depth understanding of JVM principles, multithreading, collection frameworks, I/O, NIO, and related technologies.
- Well-versed in mainstream Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring MVC, and MyBatis/JPA.
- Strong skills in database design and optimization, with extensive experience in SQL programming and performance tuning. Familiar with at least one relational database such as Oracle, MySQL.
- Familiar with common message middleware (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), caching technologies (e.g., Redis), and application servers (e.g., Tomcat, WebLogic).
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Visio, and Project
- Ability to gracefully manage multiple priorities, commitments and projects in fast-paced dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Strong interpersonal skill
