What you will be responsible for:
- Collect, clean, preprocess, and engineer features to ensure high-quality, complete data for model training.
- Develop and maintain efficient, automated data processing pipelines.
- Design and implement machine learning and deep learning models based on business requirements, independently handling model training, tuning, and evaluation.
- Stay up to date with the latest algorithms and technology trends, optimizing model structures and algorithms for improved accuracy and robustness.
- Optimize models for deployment using techniques such as compression, quantization, and pruning to enhance inference speed and resource efficiency.
- Collaborate with R&D and operations teams to ensure smooth and stable deployment of models in real-world applications.
- Participate in cross-functional technical discussions and support the implementation of AI solutions for product requirements.
- Document technical processes and continuously improve development and maintenance workflows.
- Research and explore emerging technologies and tools to enhance the team’s technical capabilities.
How you will stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning, with knowledge of common algorithms and model training processes.
- Proficiency in Python and data processing libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-Learn.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Proven experience in model training, tuning, and inference optimization, including techniques such as compression and quantization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve data and model-related issues.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment.
