About the Job
A Director of Product Management is a senior leadership role responsible for the overall strategy, vision, and execution of a company's product portfolio. They bridge the gap between business, technology, and user experience, ensuring products meet market needs and drive business growth. This role will report to CTO of Bitdeer.
What you will be responsible for:
- Strategic Product Vision & Roadmap:
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.

- Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Define team goals, track performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.

- Product Development & Execution:
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
